Maintenance of laser cutting machine
Oil the linear rolling guides:
Power of the laser cutting machine, clean the guides with neat cloth, then daub the guides with lubrication oil. After that, make the slide block slip along the guides several times, to ensure the lubrication oil goes inside the slide block.
Oil the bearings regularly:
wipe away the ash on the surface of bearings with clean soft cloth, use the needle tube to take some engine oil and then put it into the bearings, at the same time, rotate the bearings.
Cleanness of the reflecting mirror and the focusing mirror:
Clean the 3 pieces of reflecting mirror and the 1 piece of focusing mirror with anhydrous alcohol
Adjusting the synchronous belt:
There are several synchronous belts in the drive system of the laser cutting machine if the belts are too loose, double visions may appear while engraving. If the belts are too tight, the wastage of the belts may be great and quick. After being used for a period of time, please adjust the screws of the belts, make them fit for engraving without double visions and lowering the noise.
Maintenance of the laser tube:
Put some vinegar into the circular water and use clean water to clean up the laser tube, so that the laser tube may be in the best condition of working and the life span of it may the extended a lot.
